Caos concept is Martin Hartmann from Fehrbellin (germany) the former hometown of the legendary Antaris Project Festival. Martin is doing blacklight art since 1998. he started with stringline decoration and is now also painting on canvas. some of his work was decorating the floors of antaris. for more info have a look on his website:
