Bio:
Para Halu project started in 2002 (originally with four people, later with one partner and nowadays running by Adam Hohmann alone) and since then became one of the most popular and entertaining deep psychedelic projects on this planet. Some of the best words describing the imaginative brain-twisting psychedelic tunes are 'Pure Creative Madness'.
Beginning with dark wild and energetic psychedelic tunes in the past few years Para Halu developed the deep, hypnotic, portentously wreathing and more complex brain massage sound and continuously rock the dance floors all over the world with energetic-atmospheric live sets.
After the groundbreaking album 'The World of Peace' on Danish Parvati Records in 2005 Para Halu came up with another full length in January 2007: a new journey to the trippiest realms. 'Space Rock' was made as a tribute to the golden ages of psychedelia, inspired by such pioneers of the genre as Pink Floyd, Ozric Tentacles or Hawkwind and the style Psychedelic Space Rock itself. This collection of ten previously unreleased brand spanking tracks are following a strict concept, designed for the dance floor and guiding you to the beautiful and mysterious worlds of classical Para Halu rhythms and atmospheres.
Meanwhile starting of an own label of Para Halu?s Adam Hohmann woke up even more people?s interest in worldwide psychedelic scene: Psylife Records was founded in 2006, and its first compilation ?On The Right Path? is still available worldwide. Besides the psy-trance label, starting works of a sub-label for progressive beats also began: Halu Beats Records will come up in January 2008 with a compilation of psychedelic progressive tracks by Sensient, Minimal Criminal, Kalumet and remixes from the fresh new progressive alterego. Under his real name Adam Hohmann remixes Ace Ventura and Talpa, and is already working on his own full length progressive debut album.
The forthcoming currently unreleased Para Halu vs The Path collaboration album 'Wide Range' shows way more melodies than the earlier stuff with a lot of fusions between the musical genres and at the end it is a tricky combination of progressive beats, futuristic basslines, twisted sounds, dark yet emotional atmospheres and goa-trance vibes.
