Quantum is Gidi Snapir - One of the pioneering Israeli trance activists, active as a leading Dj since the early Israeli trance era. He is the guy behind the world known "Quantum" project, already released 2 featured album on B.N.E/YoYo Records Israels well-established label and distribution company. Gidi also produces more Electro oriented tunes under the act name "One night stand".
From 2007 Quantum Live features also a Vocalist - Keren Porat- a specialist in Indian classical music.
Gidi has been Djing extensively on a global scale since 1994, performed at every possible venue in Israel, and throughout the world.
Over the last decade, he performed at festivals, raves and small underground parties and was mainly associated with the Hovek Olam project for which he toured worldwide and compiled 3 compilation cd's.
Gidi Hovek Olem has compiled 3 compilations.
Voojoo Rituals (Hovek Olam Project) was released in 2000 and included acts such as Infected Mushroom, Talamsca, Dj Goblin, Dark Soho, Passenger, Psycraft + BLT.
New Frontiers (U.S.T.A Rec.) was released in 2001 and featured exclusive tracks by Psycraft, Lish, Sesto Sento, Human Blue etc? and 3 collaboration track between Dj Gidi himself + Alien Project, BLT, + PPS project.
In 2002 Gidi has compiled the Memory Flash CD for M.D.M.A Rec. featuring as before the hottest names in the Trance music scene + also included a track of his solo project "Quantum".
In 1998 Gidi launched "Newzeek", the first + only real Israeli Electronic Music Magazine, after 2 active years the magazines closed down and left Gidi to persue his real passion, focusing on his solo project "Quantum".

In 1999 Gidi established his own weekly radio show - Tranceformator 106fm - at the "Kol HaKampus" radio station in Tel Aviv.
Tranceformator, was a big hit and had was listened by thousand of people each week.
Quantum's first tracks were instantly signed to Cosmophilia's in house label and released in a series of 12" singles and several compilation inclusions. He then signed with BNE/Yoyo Records, who released Quantum's debut album titled "Outrage" in late 2004.
In 2005 his second artist album titled "Kiss The Sound" was released by BNE/YoYo Records. "Kiss The Sound" represents a tighter and much more focused production.
Recently Quantum has joined Trancelucent Productions, who will release his third studio album ? "Penetration", expected 03.2007.
These days Gidi is working on completing his debut album, producing more Electro oriented music for his project "One night Stand", and also working on a formation of a new label, to be named Forplay records

METROYD
Metroyd is the live team of Dj Markayn (Mk rec. - Technoexperience) with Dj mr. Hyde.
The first live act gave energetic emotions to party people since last year to now..
