THE UNICORN aka Andrew Jäger and Marco Scherer, both also producing for the well-known psychedelic act Meller, is their second face of music, concentrating on intense spheres of trance and the power of monotony.

Their main territory is the stage where they appear live with all kinds of instruments like didgeridoo, the bassflute, percussion and a wide range of synthesizers. With their sound they open gates to a higher state of trance: induction of hypnosis.

Andrew Jäger has been playing piano for the last 34 years and also various traditional instruments. After 7 years acting as a member in a rockmusic bigband he entered the trance scene. Marco Scherer, the electronic head of THE UNICORN started djaying in 1992 and is producing trance music since 2000. With acts like Meller, Magma and Raum und Kälte he had lots of releases on AP Records, Tatsu, Jum Jam, Millennium and others.
