The Brasilian trance scene has gone through a healthy development in the past few years. Some even call it the new Goa, with popular events like the Trancendence. This festival has grown from 1000 people in 2000 to more than 3000 last year. Originally a birhday party it has become brasils most important trance fest. Visits by acts like GMS, Space Cat or Total Eclipse pushed this development forward. The Trancendence is well known for its organic decoration creating a link between the synthetic sound and light and the brazilian nature.
