festival, it is celebratet on the eve of November 1 Samhain is a time when
spirits can mix freely with humans, when the veil of the Otherworld, or the
Sidh, is thin. This suspension of time extends to the laws of society, so that all kinds of boisterous behavior can be indulged in.
