The main festival will be held in city Park of Peje, and the neighbouring stadium. Arrival with the shuttle bus will be on 22nd/ 23rd ; the party begins on Saturday the 25th. During the day there will be drum and gong meditations and workshops, body and other paintings, video and juggling workshops, achill-out area and alternative stage in a spacious park area with manytrees and lots of opportunities for the feel-good factor; .Parallel to all of that there will be live bands in the stadium. In the evening and during the night(open end), the party will be happening in the stadium. Following on from that there will be two days for dismantling and relaxing, then four days of street shows and village parties to which we would be happy for you to accompany us. From the 01.09.01 to 02.09.01 we shall put on a Full Moon Trance Party in a brilliant location with seven waterfalls, and awe-inspiring landscape.03.09.01 the shuttle buses will depart for Germany (and points en route). With the plane from Frankfurt, Zurich, Dusseldorf or Berlin for about 950,-DM and back (Swissair or Austrian Airlines). With the bus shuttle from Frankfurt or Berlin for 250,- to 300,-DM and back.The shuttle bus will stay there on the spot for about ten days, and transport people to the various projects that we visit after the festival in Kosovari villages It is possible to travel there safely with your own vehicles. According to the latest information (07.07.01), it is now possible to travel through or to Serbia without a visa (there will be more details in the next update). The distance via the most direct route (through Belgrade) is about 1, 600 km from Frankfurt am Main. The much prettier route through Bosnia and Montenegro is about 1, 800 km; however, it takes 6 hours longer because of the mountains. TheCrossing Bridges Collective is mostly responsible for the organisation ofthe festival. income from the festival tickets will be donated to the Balkan Sunflowers organisation (www.usbsf.org) In the week after the festival we are going to put on street and circus shows free of charge in four different villages with no less than 40 artistes frommany countries. All the performers are taking part for free. For the Festivaltickets Visitors from Eastern Europe pay 5 - 7 DM, the restof the world 20, -DM although we would be happy to receive any additional contributions. The local firms and projects will put on food and sales stalls, and there will for sure be plenty of opportunity to eat well! Safe places for camping will be organized!!
