MutantStar project was formed in the year 2000 by two members of Demimonde alliance which is the old coalition of artists formed in 90´s around Prague´s underground scene. Demimonde´s debut CD, released by Epidemie Records (00), simply determined the music style we wanted to engage in for the future. Featuring in Demimonde enabled us to move around in the (more or less) underground music society. Considering the diversity and outspokenness of that scene and the people who made it we got into - after some time - at first Goa and then Psy-trance music ... The other important impulse was a real "tide" of Goa recordings delivered by our friends and relatives who were travelling a lot to Goa and bringing us back the then Goa-trance (96-97) (ie The Sound of Goa Party)... we also remember the Trancentral compilation (1-7) that has influenced us a lot, Psychadelic Trip To Goa (in fact it was the very first and very good!
